Terms and Conditions |

- Minimum charge three hours
- All rates are subject to UK VAT at 20%
- Recommended Chauffeur's gratuity: 10%
- 50% surcharge on public holidays. 100% surcharge for Christmas
and New Years Day
- After 20.00 the hourly rate is increased by 20%
- 10% discount for opening an account with us (subject to
application)
- Excess over time and mileage limitations calculated at
basic rate
- Special rates for extended hires
- 24 hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Late bookings accepted
- Calls via cellular car phone charged at £1/minute
local, £2/minute national, £3/minute international
+VAT
- All parking and entrance are chargeable at cost
- All hiring starts when the car leaves the garage, and
finishes when the car returns to the garage; except where
subject to affixed charge e.g. airport transfer/specific
quotations
- The company accepts no responsibilities for any delays
however caused. Neither can responsibility be accepted for
any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in
the car however such loss or damage is caused
- Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our
vehicles will incur costs payable by the client
- All tariffs are subject to change without prior notice
to the client
- The company reserves the right to invoice the client with
a 50% charge unless cancellation has been received 12 hours prior to despatch
of the car, or a minimum of 3.0 hours
When the hirer desires to travel in a particular place,
the driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed
by the Company, travel by a route which is in his/her opinion,
the best and most convenient route for motoring, whether
the route is the shortest or not, and no allowance will
be made to the hirer on the ground that the route adopted
is not actually more expensive
